Originally known as the Top Hut Bar & Bistro, this historic hydro pub has been owned and operated by the Burgess family since 2013. Five years later saw a huge renovation and the addition of 65 & Dine Gastropub & Smokehouse. In 2019 it earned recognition as Hospitality NZ's Best Redeveloped Food & Beverage venue. Further changes in 2025 has seen the Top Hut and 65 & Dine combine to become 65 & Dine Sportsbar & Gastropub. With live sports, a spacious garden bar, and a modern kitchen, it is a favourite of locals and visitors alike.
